MISSION + HISTORY American INSIGHT's mission is to produce HISTORICAL DOCUMENTARIES. From the invention of the printing press in 1456 ... to the camera in 1837 ... to our worldwide web, technology has brought the art of storytelling to increasingly large audiences After statewide success in presenting oral storytelling to mass audiences, American INSIGHT crossed the digital divide into new and more powerful technologies, so that our historical documentaries will now be distributed through local televisions channels, as well as directly over the Internet ASSOCIATIONS Along with the SOCIAL MEDIA SITES linked to our homepage, and the 19 institutions that advertise our INTERNSHIP PROGRAM, American INSIGHT is proud to maintain an active profile with the following organizations:
• Greater Philadelphia Film Office • Idealist.org • MAGPI: MUSE INTERNET 2 • NonProfit Center at LaSalle University • Mandy.com • Volunteer Match • Philly Creative Guide VOLUNTEER VolunteerMatch.org If you are interested in making films (and discovering how they are made) then we need your help!
